Terms of Service – Content Membership

1. Membership & Access
By purchasing a membership, you are granted access to online videos and educational content offered through our platform for the duration of your subscription term. Your membership is personal and non-transferable.

2. User Responsibility for Cancellation
All memberships will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the member prior to the renewal date. It is the sole responsibility of the member to manage and cancel their membership through their account settings before the next billing cycle begins. We do not accept cancellation requests via email, phone, or other methods.

3. All Sales Are Final
All payments made for memberships are non-refundable. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, early termination, or failure to cancel before renewal. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

4. Content Availability
We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content at our discretion without prior notice. While we strive to provide continuous access, we do not guarantee that all content will remain available for the full duration of your membership.

5. Prohibited Use
You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute any content from the membership platform without prior written consent. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund and possible legal action.

6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the membership after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
